127th Rose Parade this Friday at 8am

If you live in Southern California and have not been living under a rock for the last decade, then you know that on New Year's Day, the Annual Rose Parade will make its five mile route along Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, showcasing gorgeous floats decorated with thousands of flowers, marching bands, and impressive equestrian units. If you don't have it in you to get tickets and elbow the crowds, you can get a glimpse of the floats up close after the parade through Sunday, January 3rd. Floats will be parked along Sierra Madre and Washington Boulevard all day long and volunteers who helped decorate the floats will be on hand (dressed in white suits) to explain some of the design and craftsmanship.
